Microsoft has opened standard Xbox One X preorders worldwide

Microsoft today has announced worldwide preorder availability for the standard Xbox One X gaming console. The device was first revealed back in June at E3, and has only been available up until now in the Project Scorpio special edition. The preorders for the Project Scorpio version were sold out promptly after they began.

Now the company is back with a standard black version Xbox One X. This version will be available at local retailers worldwide, and you can also preorder online through the Microsoft Store. The console has its own special logo, and a dedicated website you can preorder from as well.

The console will retail for $499 in the US, and begin shipping starting November 7th. The console will cone with 1TB storage. With preorders being available worldwide, Microsoft is further publicizing its growing list of Xbox One “enhanced” games. There are currently 130 titles listed.

The console has a eight custom X86 cores clocked at 2.3GHz, Integrated AMD graphics with 6 teraflops of performance, 12GB GDDR5 RAM, 1TB storage, and is fully capable of running games up to 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.
