Google introduces the all-new Home Mini

Google at its hardware event on Wednesday, the company introduced the all-new Home Mini to directly compete with Amazon’s Echo Dot. It comes with a number of features such as custom-made fabric, and comes with Coral, Chalk, and Charcoal.

It comes integrated with Google Assistant, and you can connect it with any Chromecast speaker. It’s a very simple product that will launch in all 7 Google Home countries. The device isn’t exactly designed to play music, rather to include Google Assistant more into your home, listen to podcasts, ask for the weather, and much more.

If you’re interested in preordering the device, preorders start online today with choice of chalk, charcoal, or coral colors, and costs $49. The device will be available in stores October 19th.
