Following previous suspension, YouTube has restored Logan Paul’s ad revenue

Well, Logan Paul’s suspension didn’t last very long because YouTube’s temporary suspension really was just temporary. It appears that YouTube has resumed running ads on Paul’s channel this week. This is roughly two week after it cut the comedy star off for a string of behavior that included posting a video of a suicide victim.

YouTube says that Paul is under a 90-day “probation” that will prevent his videos from showing up in recommendations for non-subscribers (both in trending tab and notifications), and have disqualified him from the Google Preferred ad program. While he’s on probation, majority of Paul’s punishment is pretty much over, and this won’t sit well with critics.

Following previous suspension, YouTube has restored Logan Paul’s ad revenue

As of this writing, he has over 4.6 million subscribers on YouTube, which will virtually guarantee him a large viewership even if he’s excluded from recommendations. While Paul may have lost some money (we’re talking tens of thousands of dollars), Paul didn’t seem to have learned his lesson the first time he was published. Will this two-week suspension really make a difference in him?

Paul said that him and his team sat down, reviewed and understood YouTube’s community guidelines since the suspension was put in place, but proof of that will now be shown when he starts posting more videos to make profit.
