2) Xbox One or PlayStation 4
Recently released Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are on top of the list for gamers. Both companies just sold record breaking 1 million units right at launch, so you know that the consoles are in high demand. Currently, major retailers such as Best Buy may be out of stock, so it’s best to hurry up and go in store to see if there are any left. They won’t last long. The Xbox One starts at $499 and PS4 starts at $399.
3) Roku 3
Roku 3 is a home entertainment system in-a-box. This system allows you to stream more than 750 channels right on your TV, including Netflix, Amazon Instant, HBO Go, Hulu Plus, Pandora, MLB.TV, Amazon Cloud Player, and Vudu. It also has cross-platform search which searches several major TV and movie services to find content. Sitting in the living room on Christmas day with the family, drinking hot chocolate, and watching a movie through Roku. Try to picture it. Roku 3 is only $99.
4) iPad Air
Released in September 2013, Apple has redesigned it’s newest tablet. Being the best tablet on the market, weighing only 1 pound, this incredibly thin and light tablet is sure to please anyone who gets it as a gift. Powered by a 64-bit A7 chip, this tablet is ready for any task that its given. This would make a perfect gift for someone who wants a tablet. The iPad Air starts at just $499.
5) Bose SoundLink Mini
Need something to play your Christmas music? Well Bose has the SoundLink Mini for you. This speaker system can be found at major retailers, as well as Bose’s own website. The SoundLink Mini is a wireless Bluetooth speaker that sounds excellent, has an excellent build quality, with a unibody aluminum enclosure, and includes a charging cradle that you can leave plugged in. SoundLink Mini costs $200, while it is pricey, but it’s definitely worth it.
