Ladies and gentlemen, it’s official! Apple has sent out press invitations for the upcoming iPhone 8 event dated for September 12 (Tuesday). For the first time ever, the event will be held at Steve Jobs Theater on Apple Campus 2. The event is scheduled to start at 10:00 am (PST).
The invitation didn’t give us too much except for “Let’s meet at our place.” This seems like a reference to Apple holding the event at Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Campus 2.
Apple is expected to release three new iPhones: iPhone 8, iPhone 7s, and iPhone 7s Plus. The iPhone 8 will features new cutting-edge technology that features edge-to-edge OLED display, as well as a new 3D face scanning camera. It will also include wireless charging.
The iPhone 7s and 7s Plus have been accordingly updated to support wireless charging. We are also expecting to see Apple introduce a new 4K Apple TV, a new series for the Apple Watch featuring LTE connectivity, and more.
