T-Mobile on Wednesday announced that it has reconstructed its business plans for its business customers. The carrier continues to strive to differentiate itself from other carriers such as AT&T and Verizon.
The company first started with the ‘UNcarrier’ initiative, then moving towards the ‘Jump’ plan, and now revamping the business offering to its business customers.
There are two choices to choose from. T-Mobile has kept it simple by offering the ‘Simple Choice Classic’ and ‘Simple Choice for Business’. In Simple Choice Class, is where each employee receives a subsidized phone, and the company proceeds to signing a contract. The plans range from a monthly charge of $40 per line for unlimited talk, text and 500MB of data to $70 each month for unlimited everything and 2.5GB of tethering.
In the ‘Simple Choice for Business’, it is non-contract based and is priced at $20 a month for 500MB of data to $50 per month for unlimited. For each line will, they will be allowed access T-Mobile’s equipment financing where a down payment is put down and the rest of the device is paid off in 24 monthly installments.
The business plans however, are only valid for companies with 6 or more people.
As for data speeds, T-Mobile will throttle a company’s data speed after that 2.5GB threshold is reached.
