According to the news Korean news media NewsTomato, LG will be introducing a new tablet at IFA next month in Berlin, and making the tablet available publicly before the end of September. The company has been trying to make their mark in the tablet market for quite some time now, however, have not been very successful. LG is at it again, but this time with a new tablet called ‘G Pad’.
The G Pad will feature a 8.3-inch screen size, with resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). Individuals familiar with the matter say that the company will be offering two versions of the tablet. A Wi-Fi version and a 4G LTE model version will be offered to customers in South Korea. A quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor will be the powerhouse to power the G Pad.
It is also rumored that the 4G LTE model will be offered on Verizon. Verizon is known to offer some exclusive products such as the blue HTC One that has yet to be revealed on their network, but reports suggest that it will be coming soon. Currently, there is no information about pricing of the LG G Pad.
