The Oppo R15 was officially announced in China earlier today, we have an idea of what the OnePlus’ next phone may look like since OnePlus sources designs from Oppo fairly often. For example, the OnePlus 5 has strong resemblance to the Oppo R11, and the OnePlus 5T looks fairly identical to the R11S.
The upcoming OnePlus 6 is rumored to have a 19:9 notched display (shouldn’t surprise anyone), according to a leak that was spitted earlier this month by Android Central. The R15 also has a notch that copes the iPhone X’s look, which gives us hints that the OnePlus 6 may feature the same type of design.
Taking a look at R15’s specs, it includes a 6.28-inch, 2280 x 1080 PLED panel with slim bezels, 3,450mAh battery, and a MediaTek Helio P60 processor. The device will sell for around $475 USD. For $45 more, you can snag the premium “Dream Mirror edition,” which comes with a ceramic body, and is powered by a Snapdragon 660 chip.
The R15 comes with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of stage and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo. It will boast dual 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear facing cameras and have a 20-megapixel front camera. The Dream Mirror edition will have the same front camera and will get a higher 16-megapixel and 20-megapixel combo for the back.
