Are you a fan of the Nintendo Switch and Astro Gaming headset? Well, you may seen have a headset that’s Switch branded through Astro. Manufacturer Astro Gaming is partnering up with Nintendo to add some extra style to your gaming.
Named Astro Gaming Nintendo Switch, expected to arrive this holiday season, will feature characters and designs from The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario series, as well as several other unannounced properties from Nintendo.
“Astro Gaming believes in delivering players unsurpassed audio fidelity with premium products that enhance immersive gaming experiences,” said Astro head of licensing and partnerships Cris Lee in a press release. “Astro is delighted to team up with Nintendo to create innovative products that ignite nostalgia and passion for gaming, featuring beloved characters and franchises for fans to collect and enjoy.”
While the official headset isn’t expected to come out until later this year, Astro will be releasing three different speaker tags — from The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros, and Super Mario Bros. 3 — that are designed to go on the A40 headsets. It’s worth mentioning that most of these headsets are already compatible with the Switch, and different models sell for between $150 and $250.
