The recently revealed Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the smartwatch Galaxy Gear have caught many users’ attention. The response for the Note 3 was much greater than the response for the Galaxy Gear, but we should give Samsung credit for putting their foot into a new category, the smartwatch arena.
Verizon has started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear. Now Samsung is making the two devices available in the UK market. If you go to Samsung Experience Store on a special website, you will see the devices will be going up for pre-order. To make it even better, there is also a special promotion for the first 500 customers that pre-order both devices.
First looking at the Galaxy Note 3, the device can be purchased for £649 ($1,014). That’s quite a bit of money for off-contract device, when usually on contract (such as in US market), you can get the device for $300 with a 2-year contract. For the Galaxy Gear, it can be purchased for £299 ($467).
If you’re looking to order both devices and want a special price, both can be purchased for £848 ($1,325), with the savings of £100. This isn’t a bad discount at all, but the prices of both devices seems to be very high right now. The reason why the prices are so high is because you would be buying directly from Samsung, which comes with unbranded, and unlocked devices.
