Amid rumors of Amazon gearing up to introduce a few new devices in their streaming offering setup, the company’s Fire TV landing page says that it’s “currently unavailable” and no mention of when it will be back in stock.
If you are interested in purchasing Fire TV, the company is offering refurbished ones, however. Since Fire TV is no longer being sold, we assume that it’s because Amazon will very soon introduce the new Fire TV.
Last week, AFTVNews leaked an images that showed two new Fire TV devices. It’s expected that one of those will be a dongle that’s plug-and-play, while the other one will be a flagship device with Alexa features built-in. Both models are said to support 4K and HDR content. For pricing, the dongle may cost between $60 and $80, while the other flagship device is expected to cost more than $100.
