Last year, Audi launched its Audi Select monthly subscription service that allowed drivers to access their choice of available vehicles for a monthly fee. Starting today, the company announced it is adding a new, cheaper tier to the service called Core Collection.
The Core Collection tier will cost $995 per month. In the subscription, drivers will be able to drive around their choice of Audi A4 and S3 sedans, the Q5 SUV or the TT coupe. Much like the original Audi Select program, Core Collection will only be available through dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as of right now.
For the $995 per month fee, drivers are able to swap out cars twice a month, should they choose to. The fee includes cost of pick up and deliver of vehicles. In addition, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, taxes and unlimited mileage are included. Audi subscribers may also get car rentals two days per month through the Silvercar by Audi Program, currently available in 26 markets in the US.
Audi has renamed the original $1,495 per month plan to Premier Collection. This subscription grants access to everything Core Collection offers, as well as access to the S5, Q7, A5 Cabriolet and the A6.
