Sony has revealed to everyone which ten games were the most popular and downloaded titles on the PlayStation Network in 2017. It’s quite an interesting list, to say the least. The post from Sony does mention that the list isn’t ranked in terms of revenue, rather just based on the number of downloads.
The PlayStation blog post states that “A lot of the titles on these lists are to be expected, but there are some surprises tucked in there… Friday the 13th at number three on the PS4 list? Whoa!”
Here’s the full list:
- Call of Duty: WWII
- Destiny 2
- Friday the 13th: The Game
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Grand Theft Auto 5
- NBA 2K18
- Rocket League
- Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition
- Madden NFL 18
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands
From the list, we can see that Friday the 13th being on there is rather interesting, but overall, you can see that PlayStation 4 fans have a pretty good taste in games.
