If you’re interested in Sony’s redesigned Xperia XZ2, you will soon be able to get your hands on the smartphones. Sony will begin selling both the XZ2 and XZ2 Compact through Best Buy starting online April 20th, and retail will be on May 6th. Pre-orders for the device will being April 13th. Other retailers like Amazon will begin selling the handsets on May 20th.
It’s worth reminding that be ready to pay a premium for these handsets because the XZ2 Compact will cost $650, and the XZ2 will carry a price tag of $800.
Additionally, the XZ2 Compact is the first XZ-series phone that’s Verizon-certified, so you won’t have to turn to AT&T or T-Mobile if you’re going with Verizon on this one. Oh, almost forgot to mention that both phone come with fingerprint readers.
